The notes app Google Keep should have a large fan base because it offers many options, a simple interface and reliable synchronization across all devices. But currently there is a curious problem that clearly limits the readability of lists. Apparently, mainly users of Android 12 are affected in combination with Samsung smartphones.
Google Keep can not only record individual notes in text form, but is also known to support lists that can be nested in multiple levels if necessary. Lists should be standard, but nesting is probably only used by a small group of users – who even know about this feature. However, this is exactly where problems currently arise when using a numbered list. On the following screenshot you can see the problem immediately.
The numbering in the first level of the hierarchy is still correct, but after that it gets strange. The respective number is repeated five more times, but there are no further hierarchical levels, just the blunt repetition. This is probably a simple layout error that can presumably be fixed very easily. Nevertheless, mainly users of Android 12 on Samsung smartphones should be affected. Google is working on the problem and should roll out a fix pretty quickly. » Chrome OS: New calendar view with Google Calendar integration is coming – this is how you can use it now
